Nothing... I mean NOTHING gave me the gift of control...
I have a lot of stress in my house including a terminally ill husband and two small children.
There was many times when I wanted to go back to my same old ways of eating out of stress and boredom. I know a lot of overweight people that will not admit being overweight, but I am here to say that I finally can admit that OUT LOUD! Finally, a product that really did what they said it would do...
